Innovation Grove Summer Academy — Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 2, 2026
1. Program Overview
Innovation Grove Summer Academy ("the Program") is a STEM-focused summer learning
experience for middle school students (primarily grades 6–8), operated as a
partnership between ID8 and F8 Studio LLC, hosted at Next Generation School
(NGS). The Program takes place in June 2026 at Next Generation School, 2521 Galen
Dr, Champaign, IL 61821.
2. Eligibility
The Program is designed for students currently in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. Students
outside this range may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Registration must be
completed by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Registration & Payment
Registration requires a one-time $30 deposit. This
deposit secures your child's spot in the selected session(s). The remaining program
tuition will be invoiced separately and must be paid in
full before the start of the selected session. Each session is limited to a maximum
of 25 students.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Please review our Refund Policy below for details on the $30 deposit refund
eligibility.
5. Participant Conduct
Students are expected to treat fellow participants, staff, and property with respect.
Innovation Grove reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior poses
a safety risk or disrupts the learning environment. No refund will be issued for
dismissals due to conduct violations.
6. Health & Safety
Parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies,
dietary needs, or other health-related information during registration. Innovation
Grove staff will make reasonable accommodations as indicated. In the event of a
medical emergency, staff will contact emergency services and the parent/guardian on
file.
7. Media Release
By registering, you grant Innovation Grove permission to photograph and/or video
record your child during program activities. These materials may be used for
promotional purposes, social media, and the Innovation Grove website. If you do not
consent to media use, please indicate this in the accommodations field or email us
at innovgrove@gmail.com.
8. Liability
While Innovation Grove takes all reasonable steps to ensure participant safety, the
Program is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Parents/guardians assume the risk of their child's participation in hands-on STEM
activities. A separate liability waiver may be required before the program start
date.
9. Changes to the Program
Innovation Grove reserves the right to modify the schedule, curriculum content, or
staffing as needed. Registered families will be notified of any significant changes
via email.
