This camp is designed for students entering 7th or 8th grade. The target age range is 12-14, but we are flexible depending on situation. Many engineering, computer science, physics, chemistry, and biology topics will be introduced. If you feel your child has a basic understanding of some of these topics at a young age and want them to get a more hands-on experience with STEM feel free to join us!

The camp instruction, projects, and activities will officially be held from 9AM-4PM. However, we also offer an 8AM early drop-off time and late 5PM pick-up time for parents. During this "free range" time (before 9AM and after 4PM) kids have flexibility to play sports/games, do arts and crafts, and have extra time to work on their summer school projects.

The Technology & Engineering Week and Science Week are completely different schedules featuring different guest speakers, lessons, and projects. You are welcome to register your kids for both of these weeks or just one. If you want your child to have a unique experience it is recommended that you register them for one week of Technology & Engineering and one week of Science as these lesson plans and projects mostly repeat across weekly themes. You are welcome to mix and match though. For example, you can register your child for the June 8-12 Technology & Engineering week and the June 29-July 3 Science week as the sessions do not have to be subsequent for your child to have fun and learn something new.

Pre-registration secures your spot in our roster so that we save a seat for your kid(s). We will send an automated reply confirming your pre-registration status. Then, we will send you an email with all the necessary registration forms that need to be filled out (this may take a few weeks). Once you complete the registration forms and complete payment, you will receive a confirmation email that your kid(s) has been successfully registered!

Once pre-registration is closed, the website will be updated to include a payment option and you will complete the payment for your kid(s) through this website. An email will be sent to you with the registration forms and a link to the website to pay for the camp.

There is a $30 non-refundable deposit when you register for this camp.

The following cancellation policies apply:

• If you request cancellation 30+ days before your selected session, a full refund (minus the $30 non-refundable deposit) will be given.
• If you request cancellation 3-4 weeks before your selected session, a partial 50% refund (minus the $30 non-refundable deposit) will be given.
• If you request cancellation 1-2 weeks before your selected session, a partial 25% refund (minus the $30 non-refundable deposit) will be given.
• No refund is given if cancellation is requested 48 hours before the session start or later.
